We offer a free, impartial and confidential information service to older people (state pension age and above) and their careers.
We are not an advice service but can signpost to organisations that provide advice.
We hold information, booklets and leaflets on issues such as benefits, dementia, care homes, support for careers, local services and much more.
We can also help with other issues such as using the phone, arranging appointments and form filling. We have details about other organisations who may be able to assist, and can find out information online for you.
Open hours are from 10:00am to 12:00 noon Monday to Friday.
Appointments outside these times and some home visits are available by arrangement.
